***HELP***Can't access credit report due to incorrect info

I have been having some problems with equifax.  It appear from various sources that equifax merged my credit file with someone else with a similar name spelled a little different.  All of their bad debt, past child support, etc. is preventing me from getting credit (which is how I found out in the first place).  My reports from the other two agencies are squeaky clean, but equifax is all screwed up.  What is happening though is that I can't get a copy of my credit report no matter how hard i try. I tried calling, tried doing it online, tried mailing in the form they had me print when i couldn't access it online.  I have access to some of the information from my report from credit sesame, and also, somehow I can still get access through equifax's credit monitoring service, but can't get an official report.  Anyway, there is incorrect personal information on my report which is causing me to fail verification.  I want to talk to a human to try to get things sorted out, but the only way I can talk to a human is if i have a credit report number from an official report.  which i can't get.  So I'm in an endless loop of trying to get a report. I just keep ending up on the phone with stupid automated systems which are no help to me at all.  Anyone have any ideas for me of how I could get in contact with someone or get things fixed?  The longer it takes the more intermixed our files are getting.  I just received an alert from credit sesame the other day that my address had been changed by one of my creditors again.  Need help badly.

Ignore CreditSesame since that only monitors EX and not EQ.

If you have any of EQ's CMSs like their Credit Complete product and others, you should have free daily access to your full EQ report. It's the same report pulled via annualcreditreport.

If you have credit monitoring with equifax you should be insured for indentity theft and they should assist you at getting that straightened out.  It is kind of like identity theft that happened to you or it could be indentiy theft.

I can't belive I did that again.  I didn't mean equifax, I meant experian. Sorry. lol  I always get them confused.  Some days I think they shouldn't both start with an E  lol.  also, to update, I found out about the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and submitted my case to them.  They are supposed to help me get resolution on stuff like that. Hope things will work out.
