Everything that BAM said!  ALSO  www.ftc.gov    file a complaint......no need to put anything but the phone calls......say that they called you at your home & you told them NOT to call again...since then they have called you XXXX amount of times and...called friends and relatives more then once.  This all you need to say.....the FTC will only send you email that they received it.  What they will do is add it to a list of other complaints that Im sure that they have & then way down the line take them to court for big violations........This is about all that we can do ourselves BUT it is a beginning that might close them down.

Dispute both the OC and the CA  as NOT MINE....if it comes back verified (OC)  send a MOV to the CRA....copy MOV letter and add.....I have talked to john doe & was told tha CTI  doesn't have any records to verify.....delete it!

Do not try to explain that you sent a DV...CRA has no idea what that is.

They got everyones phone # and address by skip tracing!

In my DV letter do I have the right to make them validate the dates they sent collection letters, etc?

I received one and it DOES NOT have the Original Creditor listed... they have the company that bought the debt that is reporting on my credit report as original creditor... is that a violation?

NO.....after all you NEVER received anything from them.

Even if you had received a letter from them and they included all info. They still must answer DV letter.

Been there had one account forclosed no info was sent to me. There system was pured and no record was there they had sent all info to different company. When I called to find out and tell them what happen all they could say was when are you going to pay us back. Iask for them to send info to me and nothing. Its still on my CR still working on it . One thing is get with the CD and let them take care of it.
