I got a collection placed on my TU and EP report. They sent me the bill afterwards. legally wasn't

they suppose to give me the opportunity to pay first? I've heard they report after you don't pay the

bill or not pay within so many days.

call them and ask. Im sure they can help and sort it out.

They are required to notify, but they can place notification on your monthly statement. Read over them carefully to see whether it's there.
