I am trying to follow HIPPA process. Sent 1st letter to CRA, they replied as verified, but did not give me any other info. Collection is 4.5 years old and I can not find phone number for OC which is an out of state medical billing place for our Emergency Room Physicians. I have no way to contact OC - do not know who the service was provided for(family of 5 with frequent trips to ER) the actual date, account #,etc. I don't want to contact CA to get this info, but do not know how else to get info so I can pay the medical bill and finish following thru with HIPPA process. HELP!!
