Hard pull....when does it show

Just out of curiosity, how long does it usually take for a hard pull to show.  I am trying to purchase a house, and they pulled my report two days ago.  Today I got an alert that an inquiry was made, and it told me my score is the same.  Just curious if it is possible my score didn't change?  Or does it only recalculate the score when asked?

I have seen hard pulls show immediately on my EX report. Possible your score would not change. If the alert causes a score change it will report w/o you having to pull a new report.
