Has ENO quit working?

I can't get it to work anywhere....(8/1/2019) Update: IT had me remove from Chrome, go to Cap1 link for Eno and reinstall to Chrome.  Just tried it, it's working again.  So if you use Chrome or any other browser and have trouble and don't want to call in you can do it yourself pretty quickly.

I was able to access it just now via computer (Firefox), but I don't see it on the app.

Eno is the Capital One assistant, like BoA has "Erica".  Eno is where you can generate virtual account numbers for online use.

I guess it's a glitch with just me and my Chromebook.  IT has had me uninstall, reinstall twice now over the course of 3 months.  It either reverts on it's own to my closed acct. or it just gives the message, technical is working on it.  IT just had me reinstall again this morning after I found out it declined another pymt.  If it does it one more time I'm chunking it.

I asked that very ? but IT didn't think so.  They said the browser wouldn't have caused the issue with Eno reverting the new numbers to the closed acct. though.  idk, I will try other browsers to see for myself.  Thanks!

Everything is working for me including through the mobile app.  I have an Iphone if that matters at all.
