Well my understanding is you can't in fact DV an OC, so there is a letter floating around here (courtesy of Lady_Scarlett) which is similar to a DV but tailored to the legal requirements for OCs. So yeah I guess the question is 'Has anyone 'DV'd' Cap1'?

I just sent them a letter because the last date of activity had changed on my credit report.

They responded and told me to send all correspondences to:

capital One Services

P.O. Box 30285

Salk Lake City, UT 84130-0285

I just received this letter 2/6/2008.  That's the most recent address I have for them.  I hope this helps
