Has anyone used EnerBank USA?

My Fiance and I are wanting to fence in our backyard so we can let our dog out wihtout having to worry about him running off.  The fencing company we are thinking about using is offering 0% financing for one year using EnerBank USA.  I have never heard of them before and was wondering if anyone here has had any experience with them.

I have a current installment loan with them for my Solar Panels $30,000 for 7 years at 2.9%.  Easy to work with, no problems for me.

I know that this reply is "somewhat" late and that you have had the work done and more that likely used EnerbankUSA for the 0% loan.

For those interested do a web search and check out the complaints pages, (Utah BBB for a start, Ripoff Report, and others).

Be aware that they don't have any way to follow your actual payments either on their web page or over the phone. To get a report be prepared to jump through hoops.

Consensus (on line) is that they, on the phone, are clueless and rude.

Back in 2011 and '13 they said that they are working on a system, well guess what 2015 and nada.

I am an existing customer and have made 5 payments so far with no acknowledgment from them. Will be calling this Monday 08/10/2015, wish me luck as I don't trust them especially after reading the number of complaints.
