Hearts here!!!! What happens to fico score when mortgage appears on Credit Report?

Hey all, Merry Christmas!~~~

Question?  I just refi'd last month and my scores have jumped ...  TU 634/   EXP 668 EQ 610.  Real fico scores.  How much of a hit can I expect when my new mtg. hits the credit bureaus?

I didn't change it on purpose.  MYFICO did.  I had 2 accounts, one from my previous address and I was having problems ordering my fico scores, so one had to be deleted and now here I am like a new poster.

How have you been?  Ready for Christmas?

I have had a mortgage for about 4 years and I know it has helped my score,  I cant really say how much since I was in a DMP for that time period as well so improvments were also made as I got out of debt.  I can't imagine it hurting your score unless you have late payments though.  I have haerd that TU likes mortgages but there isnt much diffrence in my TU scores and my other ones.
