Help! CA trying to validate on phone.

My DH missed a call while at work. When he listened to the message it said that if you are (DH name) then by listening to this message you are validating and to please call this number 1800-xxx-xxxx. BTW his answering machine doesn't say his name. Can a CA try to validate like this and should he call? He has no idea what the message was for and doesn't recognize the name of the office.

No and they could at *most* prove that they left a message. Not that he listened to it. I never check my voicemail. When I get a message saying it is full, I delete them all, but never listen to them.

Just watch CR closely for inquiries or anything popping up and watch your mail.
