Help!!!! FHA and Reaging

I am trying to get a FHA loan in the next 4 months or so.  The mortgage broker told me that I can't have anything derog on my report within the last year. Well a reaged account has shown up on my report. Any advice on what steps I can take now to get this removed?

This was a Speigel credit card that was closed in 2003.  Since then they have sold the account 2 times and it is showing as a current collection opened in 2007.
