Help! Received response from BBB

Here is the history:  I disputed a CA and they put a duplicate account on my CR so i dv'd twice they ignored me then i reported them to the BBB and here is what they said to the BBB.

The OC informed the CA the account i owe began in 1999 and ended 2002.  please see attached billing statement.  She is welcome to contact a representative.

1. There was no billing statement attached

2. This still doesnt explain why there is a duplicate account

My question is how should i respond to the BBB?

Are the OC and CA using the same ACCT # and balance when reporting to CRA's?

Im not sure.....Ive called the oc and they dont have the account they said the CA has it.

The CA has added the OC name to the duplicate account

So it looks like its two different account numbers.

Looks like ACCT is out of SOL and near falling off CR.  You could DV the CA and if they fail Validate, Dispute with CRA again ? 

I had a similar problem and after the CA didn't validate , I disputed CRA and it was deleted.

i will try to dispute again but they just keep verifying

I dont know what to do anymore

I may send a letter to the CEO next.

Try doing dispute  between Thanksgiving and New Years, in writing, I never dispute OC or CA online.

I had 3 diff dups (1 TU - 1 EX - 1 EQ), but I called the CRAs directly and they confirmed and removed them instantly.  I figured it was just a dup so just have them take it off -which they did.

Oh really... I will try to call myself.  I hope it works!  Cause Ive already sent a letter to the cb's explaining this and they just verified both accounts.

When the CRAs verify  a dup    MOV them  CMRRR

Who is reporting  the OC and the CA    or  just the CA reporting 2 times?
