My sister was approved for a Chase card 2 weeks ago. Experian CreditMatch alert said score dropped 9 points after the inquiry and 9 points after the addition of a new Chase bank card. Yesterday she recieved a second alert for a new Chase bank card. Tonight she received an alert that her score dropped 9 additional points. CreditMatch shows only one new account. How do you dispute this?
You said Experian only shows one tradeline. So it actually was not reported twice. The only thing that happened twice is the alerts. Which don’t mean anything other than the system sent you second alert (which happens if you don’t click the first one).
What was her score before the app, and what is her score now?

Her score was 686 on 1/31. She applied and was approved for the card on 2/1. The next day CreditMatch sent 2 alerts, 1 inquiry and a score drop of 9 points. Days later she received 2 alerts, a new bank card reported and a 9 point score drop. Friday another bank card report alert. Yesterday CreditMatch sent an alert that her score dropped another 9 points to 659.
