Do you know the Statement Close date for your credit card? Most credit cards, except for those issued by U.S. Bank, Elan Financial Services, and a few other lenders, report to the credit bureaus at midnight Eastern Time of the Statement Close date. In my experience, Experian is the fastest CRA to update; it usually releases an update at midnight Pacific Time on the day after the card reported to them.
So for example, you card's Statement Close date is November 6; it will report the balance at that date to the credit bureaus at midnight Eastern Time. Experian will process the information and release an updated credit report at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time on November 8. But you might want to give it an extra day or two especially if the card's statement date falls on a weekend.

hey thanks for the quick reply, yeah my due date on Disco card is the second so new statement generates on the 7th every month. Last statement was dated Sep, 7~Oct, 6. Expecting this new balance report thursday, How long should i wait you think before apping?
Well it appears that you Statement Close date is the 6th of the month. That means that at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the 6th, Discover will report the card's balance to the three major credit bureaus. Experian would typically update your credit report by 00:01 Pacific Time on the 8th. But just to be safe I'd advise to wait a few days after the 8th unless you can confirm the update occurred. Typically the free version of ExperianCreditWorks will refresh if your credit score changes and you'd be able to view a current credit report.
