I noticed about 3 months ago that I had a judgement for past due rent on my account from the local magistrate. I was concerned, because though my rent was late that month, I paid it. I received something from the magistrate stating that the payment was received and that there would be no further action. I disputed the judgement through Experian explaining that the judgement was in fact paid and should be deleted. I got notice back that it will remain as it is. What can I do to get this judgement off my CR! Please help me!
