Help with car loan

Hi All,

Been a while since my last post. I wanted to know if anyone has any suggestions. I co-signed on a car loan for my mother in law. She has made all the payments on time, but I want to find a company that she can refinance the car so it will no longer be on my cr. The reason for this is that my wife's lease it coming up in 9 months and I am going to but the veh. The current loan on my mother in laws car is with city auto but with a horrible rate 19.98. She has a bk from about 10 years ago but has about 5 medical collections. Anyone have any idea on what lender might work for her?

No idea on lender to suggest.....you might post over under "Mortgage, Auto, and other Installment Loans"

However, if her BK is 10 years old, it should be coming off soon, the accounts included should already be off.  Is it possible for her to PFD or at least pay the med collections. When are they due to drop?

Bankruptcy: Chapters 7, 11, and 12 remain for 10 years from the filing date. Chapter 13 remains seven years from the filing date. Accounts included in bankruptcy will remain seven years from the date they were reported as included in the bankruptcy.
