What do you guys think is a good settlement offer to a Junk Debt Collector . They are asking for 3,000.00. Original charge-off was 2,500.00. I have 1 year till SOL is up.
Should I call them or mail it to them?
What do I do if they reject my offer and I can't afford to pay the full 3,000? Wait for them to Sue me?
