I've received a response (I guess, that's kind of the question), to my dispute to the CRAs for an account through credit alert. My first question is: does "newly reported" mean verified? Everything minus the last box of the text, the "comments" section which reads that the account is being disputed, shows up as newly reported (info that is incorrect!). If so, I can't believe they validated the status as open with missed payments; it's a collection. There's also many more violations. If everything comes back verified, is my next step to send a MOV?
