Help!

I was sued by Chase CC for delinquent balance.  Their attorney had no documentation so I won and judgement said I owed $0.00.  They did not appeal within 30 days so I was told I owe nothing.  My question is whether this balance should be deleted from my Credit reports as if the debt never existed.  Chase is giving me different answers when I inquire.  Currently it is reporting as charged off.  How should Chase be reporting this item in light of the fact that i won arbitration?  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Re: Help!

Chase can still report...they are the OC...and they TL can and will report...until it falls off...now the judgment...if there was one...must be deleted...but the only way to get the OC to remove...is through GW letters...or to dispute any inaccuracies with the CRAs...if they come back verified....send the OC DV letter...

Do you have papers stating that it was determined you don't owe this debt?

If so, I'd try sending copies of them to the CRA and state that the debt was found to be invalid and not owed by you.

Next step would be filing complaints with the BBB.
