total lines of credit 82,100 give or take a couple hundred
owe the 20,000. uitilization over 7 percent

Why is my score getting hit so hard. what can be done beside paying 90 percent of balances on time. I am currently not late on anything and been paying everything on time every month for years except for the mistake stated above.

It would be nice to get credit increase on cards to show less in utili, however, know one will give me the increase (soft pulls) Really, do not want to go shopping for more credit. Because this increase my inquiries ( hard Pulls)

Capital one does not report total credit lines so I did not include there credit lines just the balance.
Please real answers only.  Know bashing of companies, because that will not help situation. ( i like to vent as well)

I would like purchase another house in the next few months but not at the intrest rates that I have seen for my scores

I see Experian has alot of conflicting information. I will attack there report with a venegance.

What else can be done. Hardtimes with the general letters asking to remove the lates as a courtesy

I thank all who will help me in advance

Write dispute letters and send Goodwill letters out.  The lates will take about 2-3 years to have little impact on your scores.

Many creditors will not contest late payments on closed accounts that were PIF. That might net you a few late removals as well.
