High credit utilization remarks on credit report

My wife got an Equifax report  recently. And on a couple of her credit card revolving accounts, it said high credit utilization. What % does she need to get her utilization down to before this statement is taken off her credit report? 80%, 75% 70%...?%....

IT will say that until it gets under 30%.

Ideally you want it under 10%.
