Again, what would I do without you all?  Anyway ... as of today my Ficos are:                                    TU:   704!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Can you believe it?

                                           EQ: 677

                                           EX:  673 ................

But this is without Wamu reporting -- balance $485/1500 limit and the Amex Blue Cash 0/5000, new,  and the Hilton Honors ???  just approved.  The EQ and EX haven't updated my BOA, as yet, which is down to $540/2500 limit. So what kind of drop can I expect for the new Amex cards and Wamu, when they report?  One good thing, my length of history is now very good, rather than bad.  How did that happen?  Might it be possible for me to get a vehicle this month, and use the HH to travel with the kids and earn points?  And yes, Tuscani, I was daring and applied for the HH, too, and got word this morning I'd been approved, but it didn't say what my limit is.  So you know I thank you. 

And too -- I've a bit to say to some of you have posted, recently.  I'm just working my behind off, trying to acrue some real money in the bank.  A couple of thousand anyway, to better prepare me for what I've got coming.  Hang in there!  I will talk at you later, and think of you often, throughout the day.

Great work!  You have done so well and are quite an inspiration.  When I applied and was approved for 2 new cards, I didn't see a drop at all.  If there was one, I didn't notice it, so it must have been small.  Keep plugging.  You're going to be in the 800 club soon [I, on the other hand, am still struggling to stay in the 600 club ]  Congratulations!!!!!!!!

I applied for the Sky Miles Card and had an 8 point EX drop within hours of the approval.  Its pretty frustrating that it takes days, weeks and months to get your score up, but only hours for it to go down....

I applied for 4 new cards--Amex delta, CITI aadvantage, Exxonmobile Gas, and Kohl's card all in about a week of each other--I got 3 out of 4. So far my score has gone up because of other things--I have not noticed a real decrease. Only one account is reporting so far though.

The only thing I have seen a slight decrease on so far is new inquiries...can't wait for these to disappear...
