The Wamu score is a PFICO. It is a bankcard (credit card) optimized version of your score from one of the CRAs. It is still done by Fair Isaac. It tries to score your risk on credit cards. The scores listed at MyFico are classic scores, which are generally used for mortgage applications, and may not be the same as scores used for auto and CC apps.

Well, when I logged on to my Wamu CC account, I almost had a heart attack. In March, they listed my score as 673. In April, they show my score as 569... I was like WTF? So I had to purchase my scores from all three. Well, gladly, my scores are TU 673, EQ 631, and EX 689. These scores I bought from myFico are the correct scores right? Anyone else experience this type of error with WAMU?

I actually just emailed my sis-in-law (She's an owner/broker of Mortgage Co) on this issue. She told me not pull credit anywhere on my own because it was not the same info that lender's are pulling (some of her customer's have pulled their own and it has been more than a 100 pt diff.).I've emailed back to find out about about this website, but haven't heard yet. But I have a Wamu cc also and my free score with them is significantly lower than what I'm getting from Myfico.I think what we are all experiencing is the "fako" scores you hear so much about on these forums. I'm gonna have a lender pull mine before I make any major purchases.
