How Do Chase, Citizens Bank, and Target AU Report to CRA?

Do Chase, Citizens Bank and Target Red card report credit card accounts of authorized users (household members) to the CRA's? If so, which will be the AU account opening date--the same opening date as the primary cardholder, or the date the household member was added as an authorized user?

AmEx is the only lender I am aware of that reports added date as card opening date.  (It was an extreme correction to them previously using the primary cardholder's Member Since year.  i.e. add 15 year old grandchild and they get card opening date in 1963.)

Target and Chase definitely report AU with original opening date.  I have not had a Citizens account, but likely the same for them.
