on a cell phone inquiry? Who are the worst offenders?

I prefer to pay in full for my cell phone hardware, then you dont need to sign a contract or have them run your credit.

I go through a 3rd party when switching carriers and they haven't dinged me with any inquiries.

Who you use? The carriers here do not allow you to sign up for monthly plans without signing a contract, even if you pay outright for the phone and everything. You can do prepaid or pay as you go but you don't get all the extra minutes/benefits of a regular phone.

Because there is a telephone collection on my CR, they wanted a $750.00 deposit.  The telephone collection isn't even mine and through the help of here I am fighting it finally.

Its just the same as a regullar contract with T-Mobile, but no cancelation fee and no deposit. So if I decide I want to switch carriers I can do that whenever.

The only difference is usually with cell phones, you use the phone for a month and get billed at the end. With FLexpay, you pay your service up front for the month.

I like this better actually. No suprises.
