Looking at my Credit Report via USAA Monitoring and was wondering if these 2 inquires are going to be scored as an auto or will they be scored as individual. I bought a car back in August from Nissan.

All auto inquiries over a certain amount of time are considered one inquiry. I would say it will count as just one,
It depends if FICO is smart enough to interpret the first "Nissan Motor" inquiry as automotive based. Since the Business Type listed is Finance other than personal, I guess it is possible that they might actually be counted as two inquiries. I hope not though....
It will depend upon the type of permissible purpose inquiry code that each reported. If correctly reported as auto-related, they will count as one.
