How can I get a live human on the phone with Experian??

There is no option to speak to anyone.

I have all of their numbers:

XXX-XXX-3742

XXX-XXX-5614

XXX-XXX-7201

Anyone have a different number and/or know how?

Is your report in Special Handling? There is a specific number for that department, and those reps are stateside.

Otherwise, Google is your friend.

It's not in 'Special Handling' to my knowledge.But if I'm hearing between the lines correctly I will request that dept.

Yes, I actually have that number XXX-XXX-3742 already. However, these past few days when i've called there hasn't been any option to select anything outside of a security freeze, fraud , credit report or score.

I'm almost certain at one point or another in the past I was able to reach an actual representative, but to no avail thus far this past week.

However, upon doing another Google search I will try another option I came across on Monday

I've had to call for my mom and I just used the contact us button from inside her account. Wasn't an issue to get through.

Do you mean you clicked a button inside mobile app?

I use the browser on a computer. Sign in and scroll down to contact us. It should tell you your member iD number, their phone number and contact times. I have the info infront of me now so I'm gonna shoot you a DM.

I have Experian – 1-800-509-8495 but I believe that # is for EEs.

I am trying to call and reach some one at Experian. 1-888-397-3742. I keep getting their voice messenger but not a live person. Not sure how to reach a live person. I froze my credit report and lifted the freeze temporarily. I have no idea how to remove the temporary lift and keep my report frozen again. ( it is very nicely done on TU site) I do not find any option on the EX site to remove temporary lift. The purpose of temporarty lift is complete and I want to freeze it again. Any guidance is appreciated.
