How do CRA define "recent"?

My CR are similiar but not axact. For Example, TU reports 18 accounts and EX report 19. The balances and open dates are the same on all...my question is that some report "recent" late payments and the report show 28 months since last late payment. Is a missed payment considered recent for the entire time it is on the account?

CRAs dont define recents its the scoring models that do. I always thought Fico was 24 months and it could be even longer. I dont think anyone really knows for other scoring models.

Depends on the score and might depend on the severity of the deliquency.

24 months is certainly accurate for a 60D late on TU FICO 4 for example.

Which FICO score are you talking about and are you looking at reason codes or some of the fluff information that the CMS will generate for FICO 8?

Fluff I would assume. Where do I find a reason code?

My TU4 score isn't budging. I am curious what "Recent Deliquenct Accounts" encompasses. I have just paid off all past debt to 0 and am waiting for the reports to catch up but I was trying to decypher what some of these phrases actually mean.

If you have access to myFICO which sounds likely if you have TU FICO 4 then you should see the reason codes when you click on the score.

The ones in the main interface where they show you FICO 8 can be fluff, but the list of 3-4 reasons for the other scores are reference.

Recent delinquency means time since your lates, 60D on TU FICO 4 is 24 months identically from my own datapoint recently.  Paid or unpaid doesn't matter for that one.

It has been over 24 months but was 120 days late. Guess that one is 4yrs?
