How do I access the Chat Box in DISCO?!

Story time - my first full time job at 18 was doing customer support for Sprint cell phones. It was chat based. At this point, chat was a novelty and most people expected to have to call in anyway. Our workforce management team (if you've worked in call centers, you know which people) had the ability to enable/disable the chat icon on each individual page based on the traffic it was generating, if we needed to catch up on a long queue of chats. 

Icons appearing and disappearing is definitely NOT your imagination, and simply the way they (probably still) manage call center traffic!

@Anonymous    Ooooo that is a very neat DP thank you for that.     I used to work as a Verizon salesperson but in a store selling phones not really dealing with Chat/Online things....that is crazy I wonder if Sprint is the exception when it comes to Phone sells.

Discover chat has really gone down the tubes over the course of the last year or so.  It used to be you log into your account and could access chat within seconds and connect with someone inside 1 minute easily.  Not so much the case these days, where it's sometimes difficult to get someone on there at all.  I have had good experiences when calling them up though, so at least there's that.

@Anonymous     Well I am glad to hear the call to them worked for you so I guess if Chat acts up it will give me a little good hope to speak to someone XD
