How effective is WHYCHAT HIPAA approach?

I am advising my friend to pay all his medical bills amounting close to 2,000 by following the WHYCHAT HIPAA approach.

I am afraid that it may not work and he may end up paying the debt before all others. He has other bills to pay and he is more interested to paying the ones that will mostly likely delete first.

Whychat is marginally effective. I would recommend your friend work on either the most recent baddies for the greatest score gains or as you you said, the most likely to delete.

I agree, work on the most recent items first.  As a debt gets older, they don't impact the scores nearly as much as recent items.
