How long after GW request is granted, do you notice the change in your CR?

I know they say around 30 days, but anyone know how long it generally takes? This is for a closed and settled account so its not like I know the date they would have reported. The account is with Chase. The person on the phone agreed to delete the account.

3 days if they do it right away. 30-45 days if they take their time. Always get it in writing when they agree to modify an account because they sometimes they fail to complete.

If I were you I would call them back and ask them to fax/mail you confirmation that it will be completed while the issue is still fresh. Always take names. Chase has always upheld their verbal promises to me. Good luck.

When I called the lady said she would mail it to me (this was this past friday the 11th). Since I didnt have a fax at the time (I just got it installed today), do you think I should call. Would they have the fact that she agreed to delete it somewhere in the computer? Thanks.
