We applied for a loan and the loan officer said that he would start working on our app as of yesterday morning. We haven't heard back from him. Nothing has shown up on my advanced account with myFico.com as of today. I am wondering if they have pulled our credit yet. This is for a second mortgage on our home. My main question is, how long does a hard pull take to show up or get an alert on myFico.com? Thanks for any responses.

Generally hard pulls show up almost instantaneously on all credit monitoring services and you are alerted as such.
Thank you! Is this also true for those of us that use the "Advanced" subscription?
Different than CC or revolver accounts, loans take about 30 days for the INQ to show up because you are allowed to do rate shopping where all INQ's during this period will be considered one if coded appropriately.
See post 7 by Birdman7.
So... if they pulled the credit, I won't even get an alert on myFico.com for 30 days? I just want to know if they pulled the credit. Not too concerned with my score.
Good question that I can't answer. But I just pull my Credit Karma info from 2018 when I did my home re-fi (view old reports). The INQ was done on 6/12/18 and it showed up on my TU and EQ Credit Karma reports on 6/12/18 which happened to be a pull date for me.
If you have a Credit Karma account and can pull today's information or a report after you think the INQ was done, you should be able to tell.
I'll try that. I use the free version of credit karma. Thanks again!
