How long does it take?

OK, I got Citi to remove one 30-day late from an old credit card.  They sent me the letter agreeing to it and the date on the letter is 10/17/07.  Experian removed the late right away, but the other two bureaus have yet to do so.

How long should I wait before I do something?  Do they have 30 days from the date of the letter to remove it?

If they are doing it as a GW, they can take all the time they want.  Sounds like they put it in but EX just fixed it really fast.  It can take 60 days or so.

Yep, been struggling w/ a GW removal for student loans w/ EQ for over couple months now. Didn't realize that half the battle was not necessarily getting the GW - but the CRA to go along w/ the GW.
