One of my mortgages (closed in 2003) disappeared from EQ the end of 2006 sometime.
Mortgage company sent a refresh in Aug 07- only EXP reflected the refresh and the account still has not came back on EQ- even after sending them copies of the old report and letter from mortgage company.
