Yes, you can. I applied for an auto loan with them and about a week later I was able to get a credit card using the same pull. I had called them for details on the loan and asked if I was eligible for their CC, and they gave me a $5k line. If you sign up for their free credit score, you can get quarterly SP preapprovals for all of their loan products as well.
I forgot to add that I'm not sure how long the pull is good for, but I know it's doable. By the way, their next quarterly preapprovals are in April, so if you sign up for their free Fico score now, you can see what you qualify for on April 1st. They use EQ Fico 5.
