How long to removed BK from EX?

Hello all, in my Experian credit report stating that my BK fall off my credit report and soon will be removed, some one knows how long it takes showing the removal from credit report

Depends when your BK file month was. Exp will do EE 1-3 months early.

Hello, have another question, I have 3 Amex
Opened almost 2 years ago
Blue cash $1000
Everyday $11,000
Delta. $4500
Last Sunday I decided to request an increase in my everyday card and asked for $4,000 and Amex did not Granted so I call for a recon the agent told me Amex did not granted my increase because in my credit report still showing my BK and I asked him what is the difference between applying for a card and requesting for an increase and he said there are different factor so I asked him what is the factor and he didn’t know so I said if you don’t know how I am supposed to correct it and he just said the factors are different then he said if you applied for a card right now you’ll be approve so I start to laughing, any of these make sense to you

By the way my BK as I mentioned before fall off from my credit report but soon it will be removed

Personally, I would wait until the BK is completely off your CRs, then wait until the EX score/data updates in your AmEx profile. Then, try the CLI request again.

The account rep you get on the phone is not the approving official for new or extended credit.

The creditor almost certainly has differing approval algorithms and requirements for grant of new credit vs extended credit limit, but I would not expect an onlne rep to provide definitive details.

I would call their approval department and speak with a party who does the actual decision making.

Reliance on a general phone rep is likely to lead to incomplete or inaccurate info......

I got the same result with Amex when I requested my 3x clip with my bk still showing on EX. I requested my early exclusion and waited the 90 days. I made sure it was not showing on the EX score from Amex, then requested the 3x again. Instant approval. There are lots of stories of people with a bk listed on EX getting denied in the Amex 3x thread over in the credit card forum. Wait out your 91 days and you should be good next time as long as your scores and the rest of the profile support it. Might want to take some of this time and read that thread as there is some good information there on how to approach Amex.

Thank you all for exceptional info... I forgot to mentioned that wife n I filed BK together an her case with out requesting amex increase her credit limit I did mentioned to the agent and still he couldn’t answer that make me feel more confused....
