I'd like to know if credit score updates every time some card reports or only a specific time (ex: once or twice a month)
Score updates are tied to reporting updates that happen at any time in the month. However, you may have 2 activities posted without any movement and then with the 3rd update to your CB, you'll see a score adjustment...if one is warranted

Your score is only determined when someone pulls your credit report data and applies an algorithm to it to score it. Your data is constantly in flux.
To add to what has already been provided...
Your credit score is a snapshot of the data therein run on against a specific algorithm at any given time. So, whatever is in there when the puller runs it through the software determines the score.
So, in theory, when a material change has been made (data update, baddie dropping off, inquiry aging, etc) the score can change.
