Capital one got a judgment against me and got the full amount of the charge off balance as of about August 2018. $2505
My credit report still has the full balance listed. Shouldn’t it be $0?
Plus they keep updating it as N like 30 times since it was Charged off.
Should I dispute as paid in full/settled?

The comment charged off will stay until fall off. But yes it should say $0 balance Paid/Charge Off. Does it say this on all 3 CRA's? Dispute it with supporting documentation via certified mail return reciept.
Ok great thanks. I knew I wasn’t crazy. Should have checked my reports after the garnishment was done.
