I cancel in a more roundabout but less time consuming way (you will likely have to wait on hold for 15-30 minutes before you get a rep). I generate a Citi Virtual Account Number, update my account with that number, and expire the number immediately afterward. Next time they try to auto-bill, it will fail.
Either that or use a gift card that has a 0 balance (one with a major card logo). When they try to renew, they can't. They will email you a few times and then they will cancel it.
After digging and digging through their website, I found it. 800-493-2392. It's obvious they want to make it as hard as possible to cancel.
I'm trying out the free 30-day trial, and TC tested my account by posting $1.00 as "TRUECREDIT 8004933292". I haven't called either number yet, so I don't know if they both work or not.

I wouldn't recommend this, because you have a legal contract with the company. So, if they want, they can get your money. Be a responsible consumer!
