How to I get or PC my old Paypal to Report

HI all. I don't remember seeing this thread anywhere.

I know the classic paypal doesnt report.

I have had a 5k with them for a few years and they
auto CLI quite a few times because I was using
it back when.

Is there a way to PC this or get it to report to CA's
without opening or appearing to open a new account?

What, exactly are you referring to?  Paypal Credit (formerly Bill Me Later) does not report and you cannot force it to report.  Or are you referring to SmartConnect?  Or a Paypal credit card?  Your Paypal account itself is not a credit account.  Please clarify as "Paypal" is far too vague.

It does not report. This is a good thing actually as you can set it as your default PayPal payment method and you never have to worry about utilization.

This ^^^ OP.  Additionally, the PayPal Credit (BML) account cannot be PC'd.  The only time it will report is if you fall delinquent - as per their T&C.
