Right now I have equifax 630 | Trans 603 | Experian 615 and the thing that hits my credit score the hardest is on time payments. Based on credit karma I generally have 40 on time payments out of 68. Currently I have student loans, credit builder loan, and one secured credit card. What could I do to increase my on time payment history? Would another credit card help?

Another card, even if it's another secured one, will help your score. Other then that, time is your best friend as your late payments age, their effect will go down.

How old are the delinquencies, and are the accounts still delinquent, or are they now in good standing?
Removing prior reporting of delinquencies, assuming they are accurate, can be purused by requesting their good will, and if the debt is delinquent, by offering to pay in exchange for their agreement to delete derogs.
See what you can do about your derogs. As suggested, hit the Rebuilding subforum.
For the last year I've been making on time payments for my student loan. From february - august 2012 I was late (120 days late by august). From January - June I wate late (120 days by june). What would be my best option?
