Discover gives you a free TU F8 score every month around your statement date.
Amex gives you a free EX F8 at each statement close. If you have more then one Amex card. You will get it updated for each card statement.
EQ F8 is much harder to get.
Citi, Penfed and some other credit unions do give you Equifax FICO’s but they aren’t the standard FIcO 8.
I’ve looked around and couldn’t find a free service for EQ F8 without doing a trial of some sort that involves paying $1-$5
