Using Myfico.com how can I get my free once a year credit report from all three credit bureaus? Can I do it through myfico or is there another site myfico members trust and use?

There are many other minor CRA's. However, the above site will give you access to the three major's.
myFICO does provide reports but they're not free. For the free annual credit reports you have to go through the Annual Credit Repoot site.
ACR (the link you have just been provided) will permit you to get exactly one free report per year (for each bureau).
But many people wish to be able to see their credit reports more often than that. In fact, it's a good idea to do that, especially during the first few years of trying to make major improvements to your credit profile.
Let us know if you want free or low cost methods for getting extra reports beyond what ACR provides.

You can also go to each burea and see your real time credit reports by entering through the dispute button.
You do not have to dispute anything. You get to see your reports basically anytime you want.

I wouldn't recommend you use the dispute method unless you have something to dispute or if you have recently been denied due to a credit score. The CRA's may lock you out if they think you are abusing the system.
Credit Karma is a site many people here use to get Equifax and TransUnion reports as often as once a week. The scores are not FICO scores but the reports are valuable. And the site is free.
