If you refinance your house, you are creating a new mortgage, upon which they can foreclose.
@mwb1963 wrote:HI,
i still have the report up in one of my windows. i do have windows not a mac. as far as the printer im not sure if i have that option. im writing on behalf of my husband. he knows more about the printer than i do. he is not home right now but when he gets home i will have him check. i actually never heard of that option on a printer so if i understand correctly you are still printing it out just in a pdf? if i dont have that option can i print it out? and after that what do i do? thats why i posted cause i have no idea what i am suppose to do regarding the negetives. thank you.
When you hit Ctrl+P (or File > Print, or however you normally print), it should bring up a dialog box, with a bunch of options. One of your printers (the default) will be automatically selected. You should be able to click that, and select another printer. If the list of printers includes Save to PDF or Microsoft Print to PDF, select one of them and hit print. It'll ask you where you want to save and the file name.
I'm not the person to ask about the negatives, but there are a lot of others posters on this board with a lot of expertise in the subject.

If you get a new mortgage, it can go into default, then your house can get repossessed. That's the point @SouthJamaica is making--and I'm jumping on the bandwagon. The fact that you had repossessions--which brutally damaged your credit--suggests that you may have problems in the future, too. You said the cause was not lack of money, but because they were lemons. I don't really understand that. Doesn't your state have lemon laws? If I had a lemon, I'd do whatever I needed to do to keep my credit score intact while also resolving the issue with the lemon. By letting your credit scores plunge because of those repos, you're in a bad place now--and who's to say you won't get into some kind of trouble again? You want to mortgage your home so you can pay cash for a car....but what if it's a lemon? Do you see the reason for our concern?
And whatever you do, stay away from 'credit repair' places! They're full of you-know-what. There is *nothing* they can do that you can't do on your own--without paying anyone for the privilege. In the future, please use this forum to ask for help and we'll be happy to guide you every step of the way, but don't waste any more money with phoney-baloney credit repair places.
Right now (and I think.. for the rest of the year) you're able to get free credit reports (not scores, just reports) from all 3 credit beaureas... on Annual Credit Report . com. Check it out. I would suggest pulling all three free reports. Checking out what's there, and using this forum for tips on what you can fix and start the rebuilding process.
You can do it! : ) We all started from not knowing much about this stuff.
thank you for your help. still rebuilding credit slowly. i wanted to refinance originally for a newer vehicle but i actually got preapproved through cargurus. pick out a car(same model because we love it) a few years newer and a lot less mileage, we are lucky our trade in is gonna be used as a trade and luckily still worth something.. but i am gonna eventually try to pay off my negetive items that i can afford to pay off. still learning...
