Simple as that! Hope this helps someone.

CCT and the discount when canceling during the trial is an extremely common topic. If people aren't looking at existing threads then I'm not sure how another thread will help.  Don't overlook existing threads as a resource.

You can even save more by reupping the $1 trial infinitely. I do it once every two weeks and get 10 days on each trial. Costs me $2 a month.

With each trial comes two 3 bureau pulls.

I reup the trial every 2 weeks too! LOL  I only get 1 pull from all 3, how do you get 2 in the trial??  I call and cancel on day 7 so I'm not charged and I don't forget

Re: How to save money with Credit Check Total

The automated system gives you 5 years when you call and when you talk to a human they'll give you only 1 year discounted. I set up my account and many others through the automated way since I found this out.

When you cancel on day 7, your account is still active for another 3 days.  On that 3rd day you can re-pull all of your scores one more time before the 3 day extension ends... so basically you get your 3 scores on Day 1 and Day 10.  Do this twice and you've got your scores spaced out 4 times per month for 2 bucks.

OK I just logged in this is the 10th day, I don't know what to click to pull without having to pay.  I hit view scores and it says generated May 10th Smiley Sad

Re: How to save money with Credit Check Total

When you are on the "overview" screen, off on the right under key moments and alerts it should say 3-bureau credit report refresh.  When you click that you'll generate 3 new, updated scores.  It will count down the days until you can do it again... mine says 5 days left (2 days ago I pulled my scores) but yours has passed the 7 day mark so you should be able to click and pull.

Re: How to save money with Credit Check Total

I can confirm that the automated is 5 years vs. talking to a human and getting only 1 year. Strange how that works

Well, I couldn't get it to work last night, but I see this today, is this it?

3-Bureau Credit Report Refresh Available
Refresh your 3-Bureau Credit Report with Scores at no additional cost.

When I click it it says I have to order it and I don't want to pay $50 for it.  I can't afford that with hubby out of work right now,.
