Being the new year I thought to update my usbank income information. However, I seem to be having problems finding where to do this via the app?
any suggestions? Thanks
EDIT: via app I already clicked the setting tab and clicked the gear on top right, but no income information option available to change.
I just checked myself and did not see it either on the app even though the US Bank knowledge base says it should be there. Tried their search tool on the app and website and got nothing either

FWIW, anytime I've been to a USB branch, they usually update it for me on the back end since I've yet to see that option anywhere on the app or website. Though, anytime I bring up the USB site (or app) to any branch staff, they just roll their eyes 🤭

Where does the linky launch or direct you as far as the USB site? I'm sure it's a hidden tab or option somewhere in their etch-a-ketch portal.
My income has gone up significantly since I got my card and I too wanted to update my income with USBANK. The instructions (below) buried deep in their website are no longer correct.
I called today and the rep said they only reach out for an income update if they are considering an auto-CLI. Don't know if this is true, but that's what she said. 🤷🏽♂️

Clicking on the email link from my phone directs me to the Socks app and once I fingerprint scan to log in it takes me to an income page update screen that I can't post screenshot of because Android blocks it. If I open it from my computer it prompts a login and after takes me directly to update my income or have option to set reminder to update later
I'll post link and screenshot of screen on computer later (hopefully tonight) right now I'm stupid busy with work 😐

I haven't been prompted since it's usually a normal occurrence with updating it (at least 1x per year) when I visit a Socks branch and I was definitely curious where the link points or directs folks to update within the Socks site.

As luck would have it ... the way @simplynoir stated it matches exactly what I just got as an email from US Bank. It worked on the computer as stated. NEVER has US Bank ever done this before for me. When I have applied for credit products they required me to provide income but only then.
