I don't think it matters.  You might well have to write several times to get the 30 day late removed, it can be a long process.  Buit it is worth it
The slide from grace is really more like gliding
And I've found the trick is not to stop the sliding
But to find a graceful way of staying slid

I just noticed that this occured 40 months ago.... in worst case it will drop off in 8 months anyway correct?

If you wait for it to fall off your CRs, what exactly is there to GW?
