Congrats!! That's good news to hear. You said you went from 500 to 750+ and asked how it's possible to do it in one year. It's possible to do it in one day- the day collection accounts are deleted. I'm assuming you have bad accounts and they either aged off or you hit the 'ol dispute button on everything and they came off (for now). Either way, congrats and keep up the good work!
