how do i get the info from old report? as i have no way of knowing or remembering the specifics i only know my credit history is much longer than its showing.

If I understand correctly, you used to have more accounts on your reports than you do now, and you're trying to figure out what they were, and how to get them back. Is that close?
I'm moving your post to General Credit Issues. The forum you were on is more for asking how to maneuver around the forums. You might want to re-post your question, since I'll bet I didn't get it really right.
