I have a question...I am trying to understand this correc...

I have a question...I am trying to understand this correctly....on my Equifax report I have a Capital One acct....date opened 12/99 date of last payment 12/2000....date of last activity 05/2001....what date do I use to figure when it should come off my report? I went thru a nasty divorce and it is still haunting me Smiley Sad
